We will work exclusively for you, the buyer, on any home listed by any other company in the Columbia County, Martinez, Evans, Grovetown, Harlem, Appling, Georgia, Richmond County, Augusta, Hephzibah, Fort Gordon, Georgia, and North Augusta, South Carolina areas.
There is no cost to use us as your buyer's broker but there is tremendous benefit. We can give you information that, by law, the listing agent can't. The listing agent is representing the seller and can't legally give you, the buyer, any information that would be detrimental to their client, the seller.
We will negotiate the best price and give you the information you need to make an intelligent decision.
There is never any charge or fee to you, the buyer. The seller pays the real estate agent's commission, part of which is rebated back to you.
You are provided with access to the MLS listings so you can perform your own search if you like.
You are represented throughout the entire buying process by using us as your exclusive buyer's broker.

The rebate pertains to homes listed by Philip Black Realty, new homes, and homes listed by other companies in the Augusta - Columbia County areas.
To receive your rebate is simple:
1. Agree to the terms on the Rebate Form, fill it out, and present to Broker PRIOR to making an offer.
IMPORTANT: When you visit any new home subdivision or meet another agent, be sure you register your name and Philip Black Realty as your agent on your first visit. There is no rebate if you saw the property with an agent from another company prior to working with us.
*1% rebate not available on South Carolina properties.
